For the second time in a week, a gay high school senior has penned a yearbook quote that has gone viral.

Earlier this month, Caitlyn Cannon inspired all when she left parting words about feminism and marrying a rich woman, impressively commenting on both homosexuality and unequal gender pay in the workforce.

Now, Maxwell Barrett has mostly just left us laughing.

The 18-year-old senior at Raritan High School in Hazlet, New Jersey Tweeted on June 9 that he’s “[Keeping it 100]” by crediting an unknown source with the following quote:

"Of course I dress well, I didn’t spend all that time in the closet for nothing."

What was the inspiration for leaving such an impression?

"I wanted to go out with a bang," Barrett told The Huffington Post. "I had never done sports, or clubs. I was always just an art student.

"I wanted to go out in a way people would remember me by!"

It’s safe to say he’s accomplished that goal, isn’t it?

He added that he didn’t officially come out to his parents until this quote was published, but they responded to it very positively.
