Deen Castronovo is in serious trouble with the law.
The Journey drummer was arrested earlier this month on charges of domestic violence.
But now new information on the case has come to disturbing light.
According to TMZ law enforcement sources, the musician has also been charged with rape, sexual abuse, coercion and unlawful use of a weapon.
The charges all stem from an incident between Castronovo and his wife.
Castronovo was kicked off of the Journey tour following news of his domestic assault arrest and is due in court on Tuesday.
He has been barred from having contact with the victim and is currently being held without bail in Marion County, Oregon.
Castronovo, 50, has been with Journey since 1998 after he replaced Steve Smith.
