On The Flash Season 1 Episode 22, Barry will make a rather major move with this goal in mind, reaching out to Captain Cold for assistance.
(We could all use a little more Wentworth Miller in our lives, right?)
However, Joe and Caitlin will warn Barry that his former nemesis cannot be trusted, which will prove to be a prescient prediction when Cold concocts a plan that involves meta-humans trapped in the containment cells.
