Hello, hot Olicitiy sex scene!
Goodbye, Oliver Queen.
On Arrow Season 3 Episode 20, shippers got what they’ve been clamoring for, as Oliver and Felicity finally had sex. Or, to put it as the latter put it soon afterward: that happened.
But while fans around the globe are hurrying to make their GIFs of the naked event, something even more pressing also went down this week on The CW smash:
We said goodbye to Oliver Queen.
He’s gone. He didn’t come back to Starling City. He was forced to stay behind in Nanda Parbat after using the Lazarus Pits to save Thea’s life and then assuming his position as the Heir to the Demon.
As Ra’s al Ghul said:
Oliver Queen is dead, eventually to be reborn as Ra’s al Ghul. For now, only the Arrow, Al Sah-him, shall remain. Al Sah-him, Heir to the Demon.
Only three episodes of Arrow Season 3 now remain, with executive producer Marc Guggenheim telling reporters at a recent screening that next week’s installment will focus on the journey of "how the hell Team Arrow moves forward without Oliver."
"There is a real trinity formed between Laurel, Diggle and Felicity," Guggenheim teases. "They’re all leaning on each other. They’re processing things in different ways. Laurel is throwing herself into her work saving the city. Felicity is struggling with heartbreak and grief. She really goes through the seven stages of grief with Oliver."
As for the concluding installment of the season, starting with Arrow Season 3 Episode 21 next Wednesday?
One question will be asked, the producer previews:
"Is there hope for Oliver? And: ‘Is there hope for Oliver in Felicity’s mind? [Episodes] 21 and 22 have some very specific things to say about that and Felicity’s coming to grips with the conclusion of Episode 20."
We cannot wait. Hurry up and watch Arrow online if you somehow missed the crazy events of this hour.
