If you’ve already watched AMC’s preview for The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 16, then you know that some serious stuff is about to go down…you just don’t know exactly what.
Producer Gale Ann Hurd has promised some "sad losses" in the finale, and while that could mean any number of things, it certainly sounds as though she’s hinting at the death of a major character.
As always, the cast and crew of the show have been as non-communicative as a roving gang of Walkers when it comes to revealing what plot twists lie ahead, but we’ve done some digging, and it turns out there are some major clues as to who’s next to bite (no pun intended) the dust.

The speculation that fan-favorite Daryl Dixon is soon to shuffle off this mortal coil began when actor Norman Reedus suggested that fans should "bring Kleenex" when viewing the finale.
In sad news for Daryl fans, there are now several other clues that indicate that Reedus will soon be leaving the show.
For one thing, Reedus has put his Atlanta-area home up for sale.
He moved to Georgia for the TWD, and while he may just be moving to swankier digs in the same city, the listing has prompted fans to fear the worst for Reedus’ character.
Then there’s the fact that Reedus has signed on for three film projects to be filmed in the next 12 months. Doesn’t leave a whole lot of time for TWD’s demanding production schedule, now does it?
Of course, The Walking Dead’s producers and writers are nothing if not masters of surprise, and it remains entirely possible that someone else will eat it, or even that no one will die at all.
