Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger are still an item and appear to be as smitten as ever despite persistent cheating rumors surrounding him.
Reports of Patrick cheating on Miley surfaced earlier this month when the junior at the University of Southern California went to Cabo for Spring break.
The backlash from Miley fans was so swift and severe (death threats were not uncommon) that Patrick even took to social media to deny any wrongdoing.
Schwarzenegger said he would never cheat on Cyrus and claimed that the girl he was seen with suspiciously in photos was just a friend of his. The end.
He was then linked to his previous girlfriend, Taylor Burns, further fueling talk that he and Miley were on the rocks and headed for a breakup imminently.
Not so fast.
The two were spotted on a sushi date last night at Kiwami in Studio City, Calif., kissing, holding hands and laughing at a corner table on a private patio.
Their chemistry was clear, and they looked as happy as ever together and even said hello to friends at one point. Not exactly a strife-filled evening.
Ever since Schwarzenegger’s Spring Break trip, rumors have been flying left and right that Patrick’s up to no good and their relationship is doomed.
Either Miley hasn’t been on the Internet in two weeks, which is about as likely as Miley putting on real clothes, or someone forgot to tell them that.
