You might think Lindsay Lohan has enough courtroom drama in her life.
After all, Lindsay is facing jail time for a probation violation (apparently she thought the whole “community service” thing was just a suggestion), and she’s been accused of lying to the judge in her case.
But apparently Lindsay can’t get enough of the LA County Courthouse cafeteria, because she’s involved in yet another lawsuit – this one involving her mother, and her alleged drug use.
Last year, following the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman, Fox News host Sean Hannity devoted a portion of his show to a discussion about celebrity overdoses.
One of his panel members remarked, “Lindsay Lohan does cocaine with her mother.” Dina Lohan apparently heard that and hit the roof.
Dina’s lawyers have labeled the claim a “malicious innuendo” and she’s suing Fox for an undisclosed sum. (We’ll just go ahead and assume it’s in the six-figure range.)
You may recall that Lindsay claimed Dina was “coked up” during a fight that took place in 2012, so it’s not like the Fox panelist was just going out on a wacky limb, here.
Perhaps Lindsay just doesn’t want people getting the idea that she shares her coke. Either way, this case should get interesting.
