Over the weekend, Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal car accident that resulted in one death and several injuries.

There were reports that Jenner was texting and driving at the time of the crash, though it now seems that wasn’t the case.

An investigation is under way, and authorities are reportedly looking at every angle to determine which drivers may have been responsible for the accident. This includes looking into the drugs and hormones that Jenner is taking for his sex change.

"Bruce has nothing to hide and was very cooperative with the cops," a source says, adding that Jenner passed several field sobriety tests and admitted to police that he is undergoing hormone therapy.

"There is no suggestion that the hormones were a contributing factor in the tragic accident," the insider claims.

Jenner issued a statement today in which he expressed his condolences, but did not accept any responsibility.

Though it’s been reported that Bruce’s Escalade was the vehicle that struck a Lexus and killed the driver, it is unlikely that he will face any criminal charges, as it’s already been determined that he was not intoxicated or engaging in distracting behaviors.

Sources say Jenner is extremely depressed about the accident and relying upon his children for emotional support.
