Former Sons of Guns reality star Will Hayden was indicted in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, following his shocking arrests for rape earlier this year.

He was indicted on three counts of rape, according to reports.

The 49-year-old Will Hayden was charged with aggravated rape and forcible rape in September after he was accused of raping his daughter almost daily.

He allegedly did this beginning when she was 11 years old.

His older daughter, Stephanie Ford told Dr. Phil in September that he was sexually inappropriate with her, as well, when she was just 12 years old.

Hayden is also accused of raping an underage girl in 1991.

If convicted on any of the three counts, an aggravated rape sentence carries a mandatory life sentence in Louisiana, according to The Times-Picayune.

The Discovery Channel promptly canceled Sons of Guns after he was arrested, pulling the plug on the short lived series just as it was becoming a success.
