It turns out, however, that there’s an animal whose interactions with its tiny master may actually be even cuter than that of a dog.

She brought the sloth home just two days after her daughter, Alia, was born and this footage depicts how close the two creatures have grown ever since.
Take special note around the one-minute mark of when Alia appears to truly see the sloth for the first time… and just try not to squeal in delight.
No wonder Kristen Bell loves these animals so much.
