Thursday on Parenthood Season 6 Episode 8, Crosby’s lingering sense of defeat led Jasmine to seek a new job, while Max experienced real heartbreak.
The title of Parenthood Season 6 Episode 8, "Aaron Brownstein Must Be Stopped," refers to a propaganda war Max was waging with another student.
We’ll get to that in a second. First, Max wants to ask Dylan on a date outside the house, fearing that he’s fading into the friend zone. Max does not want this.
Unfortunately for Max, he finds Dylan kissing someone and is heartbroken, immediately ordering his mom to expel Aaron, the latest target of Max’s ire.
Max starts a fight with Aaron, and Kristina struggles to break it up.
Jasmine takes a job as a file clerk making some really good money, meanwhile, and Crosby and Amber land a toothpaste commercial at the studio.
Hank calls to check in on Ruby, who promises she’s got it under control but is clearly about to throw a rager. Hank gets word and calls Sandy for help.
Fortunately, later Hank grows a pair and breaks up the thing.
Dylan goes to Kristina’s to talk about Max like that, and Kristina understands. Max, as you know if you watch Parenthood online, has a much harder time.
Crosby and Jasmine fight over her treatment of him, especially regarding her mother. Meanwhile, speaking of moms, Ruby is freaking about hers.
Crosby apologizes to Jasmine the fact that she needs to take a job that she isn’t passionate about. Both agree to provide and to chase their dreams.
On a related note, Amber tries to talk to Drew about how she doesn’t want him to study things he doesn’t enjoy just ’cause he feels he has to care for her.
Amber has Braxton Hicks contractions, but is still pregnant.
Max presents Dylan with arguments about why he’s better than Aaron, but despite his grand romantic gesture, it’s still not happening for the poor guy.
