Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly still worried sick about Scott Disick’s partying, proving that recent events seen on TV have not altered his behavior at all.
With the reality star and their partner expecting their third child “any day now,” one would hope that monumental undertaking would be the couple’s sole focus.
Disick’s partying habit, which hit an all-time low this year (watch Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons online to see), are still a big problem for her.
Scott was hospitalized with alcohol poisoning in July, an incident depicted on last night’s episode of the E! reality show, but even that didn’t straighten him out.
“Unfortunately this is not just a story line for the show,” says a source. “It’s something she has dealt with for years. Kourtney has given him so many chances.”
In fact, right before the hospitalization on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons Season 1 Episode 3, she locked him out of their Long Island rental house.
Kourtney, 35, told Scott that “it’s time to grow up” and that he wasn’t welcome, and told sister Khloe that she’d leave him for good if he didn’t stay sober.
He hasn’t, and she hasn’t.
Disick subsequently pulled he plug on boozing for a few weeks, and “was doing so good for a few months that she let up on him,” the source explains.
No longer.
Soon enough, he was spraying people with champagne at Kris Jenner’s 59th Birthday in Las Vegas, renewing age old concerns that he hadn’t changed at all.
“Scott says he will stop and Kourtney always gives him the benefit of the doubt,” the source says. “But he is still in denial that the problem is as severe as it is.”
Now the brunette beauty is about to give birth to the couple’s third child, and “has been holding onto hopes that he is going to stop drinking for good.”
Those hopes may not cut it. Although according to another recent report, she’s threatened to leave him if he doesn’t quit drinking before the baby comes.
That may be what it takes, because she has expressed these concerns often, and people close to her have voiced them as well. Yet he just keeps partying.
“Everyone who knows Kourtney has told her the same thing over and over,” the source says of Lord Disick the Douche. “That he needs to get help.”
That he does.
That’s obvious by now. The question is if Kourtney will ever make him realize he needs to get it, because her past and current tactics are falling far, far short.
