For one embattled ensemble, it was all about the road to "Redemption" on Fix My Choir Season 1 Episode 3, hence the title of the reality TV show installment.
Victor Bell’s singing collective was on a markedly different road at one point.
They seemed destined and bound for greatness, or at least great success.
A disastrous event caused the choir to fall apart, though, leaving them grasping at straws, shaking their heads and searching for answers at this juncture.

Five years is a long time to let that sense of maudlin failure creep in.
It’s also so long ago that the past is the past, and the future is now.
