Miley Cyrus has made it very clear over the past few months:
She doesn’t need a reason to grab her crotch.
She showed off this very private part during a concert in Spain and also in a Terry Richardson photo shoot.
But artist is grabbing a handful of herself in the following Instagram picture for a reason other than pure shock value. Miley is taking part in the Feeling Nuts campaign.
Inspired by a video featuring Cara Delevingne, Cyrus wants men to get themselves checked for testicular cancer. If detected early enough, this is one of the most treatable forms of the terrible disease.
Those who have taken part in the Crotch Grab Challenge since it went viral in August include Hugh Jackman and Ricky Gervais.
The Check One Two group started the campaign and tells readers on its website to “show you’re #feelingnuts by grabbing your crotch and sharing a pic online – tag it #feelingnuts and challenge your friends to top it.”
Will this grow into the next Ice Bucket Challenge? Perhaps.
But we’re just glad to see Miley using her Instagram account for something other than references to marijuana and nipples.
