The legendary Joan Rivers passed away last week, but she’s not done entertaining us on TV: Joan will appear on the new season of Celebrity Apprentice!
She filmed two upcoming episodes the show, Donald Trump has confirmed.
“We just finished shooting a new season of Celebrity Apprentice,” he Tweeted, “and happily for all, Joan plays my advisor in two episodes. She was great!”
It’s not clear if Joan was in some way fired or only slated for those two weeks.
In any case, while the world mourns her loss, it’s great that the comedienne of unparalleled candor and feistiness will make this posthumous appearance.
There is no air date set for Joan’s two episodes … or any for that matter.
The season, which also features Kate Gosselin, Brandi Glanville and other celebs, has been filming for what seems like forever, with no return date in sight.
NBC’s website says “Returning Soon” but with no additional details.
Meanwhile, Joan Rivers’ funeral became a celebration of sorts as well as a day of mourning, with Howard Stern eulogizing her and Hugh Jackman singing.
Would you have expected anything less from a Rivers event?!
