These hoes may not be loyal, but Saturday Night Live and Dancing With The Stars are sticking by Chris Brown, who will reportedly perform on both shows this fall.
The singer’s sixth studio album X is set for a September 16 release, and Brown is already lining up a full promotional schedule to push the crap out of the thing.
“In support and promotion for X, Chris will be doing the typical promotional slate to get the word out that the album is coming,” says an insider.
“That will include appearances and performances on both SNL and DWTS.”
“Everyone is very excited for this to happen and Chris really wants to make all of his appearances very memorable. Should be a very fun time.”
Whether that’s true remains to be seen, but at least he’s focused on music.
No word on the dates Chris will be performing, but the Dancing With the Stars cast was just announced and it premieres one day before X, September 15.
Saturday Night Live, meanwhile, returns for Season 40 on September 27.
Think Chris can finally turn his career around – in the sense that people know him as a singer and not a goon who beat the living hell out of Rihanna?
The artist who is actually a Grammy-winning vocalist and a multi-platinum-selling talent, not just a dude who parties with Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner?
Time will tell, Team Breezy. Time will most definitely tell.
