Nadya Suleman was facing three felony counts of welfare fraud for misrepresenting her income and taking advantage of public assistance as a result.
Because she has a staggering 14 mouths to feed, Octo qualifies for welfare even if she makes well into the six figures, which she did the last two years.
However, she continued to claim benefits even after she exceeded the threshold, and got into deep trouble after an investigation was launched.
