To protect, serve… and cause a scene?
In a video that was shot this summer by a street vendor in New York City – and which has just gone viral – a police officer shows extreme disrespect for this ice cream seller by doing some kind of dance in front of him and then cursing him out.
It’s unclear what prompted this outburst by the NYPD member, but the vendor says she had been harassing him for weeks and he finally chose to secretly record her lewd actions as proof.
