Man of Steel has finally hit theaters! You know what that means: a nauseating amount of “It’s a bird, it’s a plane” puns in headlines and articles.
Well not in this one, no! We Clark Can’t bring ourselves to stoop to that level.
Dangit!
Man of Steel broke a June record opening weekends, earning $113 million over the three day period (plus an extra $12 million at Thursday evening preview screenings).
The previous record was held by Toy Story 3, which took in $110 million in its first three days in theaters back in 2010.
