In the interview’s first segment, Kim said her pregnancy was a "nice surprise," going on to explain which family member she broke the news to first:
From there, Kim touched on the sex of the child and whether or not she would reveal it to the world prior to birth. She also confirmed:
"The baby is not going to be on our show. When he or she decides that’s what they want to do, then that will be a decision."
