Poor Holly Madison. All she wants to do is give her dogs the enormous, colorful house they deserve.
But this former Playboy centerfold is unpopular around her neighborhood at the moment because she has constructed a human-sized dog house for her three canines, Louis, Napoleon and Josephine.
And worst of all? It’s pink!
Madison tells Las Vegas Weekly that the doghouse fits in with her home owner’s association requirements, except for its color, which is resulting in monthly fines and a confused pregnant model.
“My thought is, if you can’t see anything in my back yard from the street,” says Holly, “then who is peeking in my back yard?”
Madison says the fines are about $100 each, but she refuses to pay them.
“I just keep sending them nasty letters,” she explains.
Fortunately, the hullabaloo will be over soon: baby daddy Pasquale Rotella is planning to move with Madison to the Rancho Circle neighborhood of Sin City.
“It’s the cutest neighborhood, and I love how close it is to downtown,” Holly says.
She better check on its pink doghouse restrictions first, however.
