Lindsay Lohan’s new indie movie The Canyons has a new trailer out, and we have absolutely no freaking idea what to make of the 1950s-styled taser.

From slightly unhinged screenwriter Bret Easton Ellis, The Canyons is about "the dangers of sexual obsession and ambition, both personally and professionally."
Lohan and porn star James Deen are among the film’s core group of young adults.
"A chance meeting connected to the past unravels all of their lives, resulting in deceit, paranoia, cruel mind games and ultimately violence," the synopsis reads.
LiLo’s character, Tara, is described as "a sensuous woman torn between two loves."
None of this explains the bizarre, ’50s-themed black-and-white trailer of course.
Considering that The Canyons teaser trailer released earlier this fall made it look like the worst film of all time, perhaps we shouldn’t be so surprised.
