Big weekend for rapper scandals. First, Big Boi. Now, Big Sean.
Sean, whose Finally Famous album garnered him a MTV VMA nomination for Best New Artist, found himself in big legal trouble after a female concert-goer accused him of sexual abuse. He was later arrested by NYPD.
Sean’s lawyer says he didn’t do it, however …
Currently touring on Wiz Khalifa’s Rolling Papers Tour, Big Sean and another man, Willie “Sayitainttone” Hansbro, were arrested by New York State Park Police.
After a female fan complained she had been sexually assaulted by the two, the men face charges of forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse.
However, Big Sean’s legal representation is insisting he isn’t guilty.
“Both men were charged with misdemeanors and both vehemently deny the allegations,” Sean’s lawyer, Scott E. Leemon, said in a statement. “I am confident, that after further investigation, both men will be vindicated.”
