In the aftermath of a shocking scandal in which he did exactly the opposite, Arnold Schwarzenegger pulled out of all movie projects a few months ago.
All jokes and terrible intros aside, the former California Governor put his revamped movie career on hold in May. Now he’s ready to ramp it back up.
According to Deadline, the 63-year-old actor and father of four five has reattached himself to an upcoming film, a Western called Last Stand.

“It’s a property which a zillion directors immediately fell in love with: the good, the bad, the weird,” a Lionsgate executive said of the forthcoming film.
Of Schwarzenegger’s casting: “It’s an old-fashioned Western specifically designed for a 63-year-old broken-down guy with a moral decision, whether Arnold decides to stand up for his town. We always needed an iconic figure for it.”
Schwarzenegger was an enormously successful action (and sometimes comedic) actor before serving as Governor of California from 2003-2011.
Schwarzenegger and Shriver are parents to four children of their own: Christopher, 13, Patrick, 17, Christina, 19, and Katherine, 21.
