Looks like Dr. Conrad Murray could be in real trouble with the law, and it has nothing to do with Michael Jackson and everything to do with child support.

Nenita Malibiran claims Murray, the suspect in the Michael Jackson case, and father of her 10-year-old son, is way behind in child support payments.

Malibiran, who now lives in the Sacramento area, obtained a judgment last month in San Jose, Calif., for $13,311.47 from Jackson’s personal doctor.

The judgment was sent to the District Attorney’s office in Las Vegas, Nev., which honors and enforces child support judgments from out of state.

Yesterday, the D.A. went before a hearing master (not a judge), who is supposed to hear the evidence and recommend appropriate action to a judge.

Dr. Conrad Murray was ordered to appear but was a no-show.

The hearing master recommended that a bench warrant be issued against Dr. Murray, who has 10 days from yesterday to come into court and deal with it.

If he doesn’t, the judge will issue a warrant for his arrest – if he’s not facing more serious charges in the death of Michael Jackson prior to that, of course.

Malibiran’s former lawyer, Julie Brown, was quoted as saying that Dr. Murray was “habitually behind” on child support and was always “hiding income.”

It has no bearing here, but Murray is also believed to have knocked up Nicole Alvarez, his current girlfriend, who welcomed a child earlier this year.
