Another mother has used the Internet to show off her toned body just weeks after giving birth.

And the Internet has responded in kind to this mother with questions, criticism and general bewilderment.

Just one month ago, this is what model Erin McNaught looked like, as Miss Universe Australia shared a photo of her bikini-based baby bump with the world:

Fast forward four weeks and THIS is what McNaught now looks like:

Seriously. Not very long at all after giving birth to son Evander Maxwell, McNaught posted the above picture on Instagram and wrote as a caption:

4 weeks PP and I’m starting to get my stomach back! Aside from lots of walking and eating healthily, I’ve been doing loads of pelvic floor and transverse abdominus exercises. Still no traditional ab work though which is driving me crazy! #bodyafterbaby.

The image itself, however, is driving critics crazy.

They don’t see how it’s possible for McNaught to have shed that much baby weight in that small amount of time.

Nor do they think it’s admirable that she rubbed this weight loss in the face of other new mothers.

Unlike Abby Pell – a British fitness blogger who recently posted a photo of her six-pack and told parents they have no excuse for not being in shape – McNaught doesn’t seem to be standing on any pedestal and holding herself up as a healthy role model.

Both Pell and Maria Kang have been accused of fat shaming after publishing their fit pictures and implying that parents who are out of shape are simply lazy and unmotivated.

What do you think of McNaught’s body transformation?

Should she show it off to the world? Or should she have kept it to herself?
